- Cooku charges no commission per order. The payment gateway you use (BAC (Powertranz), Tilopay, Yappy) charges its own fees.

Add-on: delivery app integrations
Orders from delivery apps land on the Cooku order board, kitchen display and closes, and you accept or reject them from the same screen. We are integrating Uber Eats, Rappi, DiDi Food and PedidosYa: write to us to find out which are available in your country and the price.

- Does Cooku charge a commission per order?
- No. You pay the plan subscription and nothing else to Cooku; every order is yours. Payment gateways (BAC (Powertranz), Tilopay, Yappy) charge their own fees on each card or wallet payment.
- Does the Free plan expire?
- No. The Free plan is free forever and needs no card. It has the limits shown in the table: 1 branch, 3 team members and no kitchen display, reservations or e-invoicing.
- Is there an annual plan?
- Not for now: every plan is paid month to month and you can cancel any time.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your account moves to the Free plan, with its limits, and keeps your data. We warn you first and you get a grace period to update your payment method.
